We don’t have a kitchen on-site at Germantown, but we partner with the Food Truck Cabin Attic for the following times:

Sylvan
Our Sylvan Supply location features a ramen shop from our friends at Black Dynasty Secret Ramen House. Their menu changes frequently to showcase seasonal ingredients and creativity, but will always have options for ramen bowls and bar snacks.

We do not have any small private spaces in either taproom and we do not reserve tables at this time. If you are wanting to bring a large group into the taproom for any type of event, please fill out our “Host an event” request form here.
Germantown
We are always open to hosting a happy hour for your group! Please keep in mind that production runs nearly 24/7 at our Germantown location and that means it’s going to sound and smell like, well, brewing. We have Cabin Attic’s burger truck onsite daily they are our preferred caterer on any day of the week. You can also always bring in outside food to our taproom, but do not have utensils, plates, or any other dinnerware.
For those looking for a full private rental, we do offer complete taproom rentals at Germantown taproom. Please inquire use the form for more info!
Sylvan Supply
Our Sylvan location houses our food concept partnership with Black Dynasty Ramen House. We currently do not reserve tables, but please feel free to reach out if you would like to host a happy hour or another event at our taproom.
We do also offer private event rentals at our Sylvan taproom. Please fill out the event form and our team will get back to you with further details.
Well-behaved fur babies and small humans are welcome! However, both of our taprooms are production facilities, so we ask that you please keep an eye on your kiddos for safety and keep your fur babies on the patios.
While we don’t offer tours at this time, you can always see your beer being brewed at both locations!

Our Germantown taproom is located at 101 Van Buren St, Nashville, TN 37208. Don’t feel like driving? We’ve got you covered! Grab a seat on Music City Brew Hop‘s trolley for a fun and hassle-free brewery hopping experience.

Of course! We have a number of non-beer options including Diskin hard cider, Neon Cowboy Spiked Seltzer, Walker Brothers hard kombucha, and an ever-changing list of draft cocktails.
We also have a few non-alcoholic options for anyone who doesn’t want to drink.

Our Germantown beers are all named after specific cultivars, or unique types, of bearded iris flower, each one with its own color palette and presentation. Horticulturists can devote entire lifetimes to the pursuit of bringing forth the tiniest detail or color pattern. Our brewery name and original beer naming scheme pay homage to the relentless pursuit of improvement, of new discovery, and of innovation. A philosophy further encompassed by our company motto, “cultivate variety.”
The beers at our Sylvan Supply locations employ a unique naming scheme derived from our Germantown naming, but centered around personas that urge our guests to relax into the exciting and mysterious possibilities their experience with us might bring.
TL; DR: we’re named after the Tennessee state flower.
A little more: while the tall bearded iris is the Tennessee state flower and we proudly hail from Nashville, Tennessee, bearded irises grow worldwide and are a unifier and shared experience for many people. Our name represents the power of accessibility and global community. The bearded iris is a symbol of boldness and elegance, of understated style and timeless appeal—something we strive to achieve in our beers and our company presence.
We don’t make any gluten-free beers at this time, but both taprooms offer options for our friends who are GF.
Any beers containing ingredients that are either non-vegan-friendly or are typical allergens (lactose, honey, tree nuts, etc.) will be clearly noted on labels and menus. If you’re not sure, ask a bartender or shoot us a message.
In 2020, we became a proud member of 1% for the Planet. This partnership is one small piece of a larger mission we’re undertaking to evaluate our impact and ensure we’re purposefully and actively working for the betterment of our community, our city, and our world. This logo represents our commitment. And each time you drink one of our beers, you join us in this mission!
